If I could give this zero stars -I would. Appliance company sent this creep out to work on our washer as a warranty call. He charged us money to order parts and then DISAPPEARED. Would not answer the phones or call back after we left numerous messages. We called 10 times in one day. I don't understand how he continues to do business this way. We told our story to the company, and they removed him as a service provider. He's a scam, a cheat and a crook.
